Innomente was founded in 2021 to solve one of the most pressing challenges of our time: how to build secure, trusted technologies that improve the health, safety, and wellbeing of the modern workplace.

Fragmented, error-prone systems don’t just increase risk; they create unnecessary work, drive up costs, and make work less human. Skilled, capable people are reduced to task-runners. This erodes trust and meaning while making organisations less efficient. Innomente was founded to change that.
